Still here

I haven't been blogging for a while, but we're still here. Here's a few snaps of what we've been up to. After many years, I finally finished the crocheted blanket for Mike who is doing a very good job modelling its use (he's the lump underneath):

I've also been doing a lot of cooking and blogging on my food blog under my real name. Meanwhile, Matt is cooking up a storm. It's still quite cold here, but he has this craving for granita using frozen raspeberries and Qing family oranges that are home grown:

My Mum has returned from the other side of the world and has given us this fantastic 'Kings and Queens of England' chart that she obtained from the visitor centre at Sherwood Forest. The timing is excellent. Mike has just been covering the Wars of the Roses and we're both thinking that it was a risky business being heir to the throne in those days:
