This time of year
At this time of year I find myself walking around in the heat and humidity singing, "Walking in a Winter Wonderland." I think it's because the carols play in the shops and the Wonderland one just sticks in my head. This year though, some in Australia will be able to do just that.
It must be all that global warming that's doing it.
Meanwhile I'm asking if anyone has a spare houseboat due to the rain. And there's more to come...

I didn't realize you were getting a lot of rain.
I'm having a hard time imagining it being as hot as it is -- and the radios still playing "winter wonderland".
Do they play "Baby it's cold", too?
They play that one around here all the time. And it's not a Christmas song. It's just winter.

I haven't heard "Baby it's cold" but "Let it Snow" and "Frosty the Snowman" get an airing. Maybe they think that if we sing these songs it will make us feel cooler?
